(715) 479-6389King Quarry beholds high esteem for the natural surroundings it operates within. As any Wisconsin native or visitor knows, our environment is Northern Wisconsin's greatest asset. With this in mind, King Quarry's activities operate with utmost respect for its neighbors and its community, and in a manner where the "environment" is a key consideration. King Quarry adheres to and exceeds strict regulations with regards to noise, dust, erosion, storm water and other pollution controls. A constant endeavor is in place to continually reuse topsoil/overburden, reshape all disturbed terrain, while planting numerous trees and native plants, flowers and grasses. Deer, eagle, bear, fox and many other local wildlife inhabitants roam "reclaimed" areas, further insuring that King Quarry's objectives have been met. King Quarry and its subsidiaries have planted 1500 to 4000 trees annually on many of these reclaimed areas. An on-staff Environmental Engineer monitors environmental compliance above and beyond regulated criteria set by numerous regulatory agencies.
Pictures of an aggregate source located in Minocqua, WI as those pictured above, substantiate the successful Reclamation Policies that King Quarry and its subsidiaries utilize as an ongoing process. (715) 479-6389
